The minutes of THIRD agenda meeting held on 24-01-2022 with Circle Management with recognized representative Association, AIGETOA is published. Click Here for the minutes. The transparency that is being brought in by AIGETOA being the representative of all executives is evident from each and every matter. Already the Inter BA/Intra BA guidelines & clarification on preparation of various lists is published as per the meeting.
Our Circle Secretary had discussion with CGMT BSNL Kerala on the expected DPC Promotions of SDEs to AGM. We requested CGMT to do the needful initiatives for retaining of new AGMs at the time promotions at par with the Sanctioned strength. Our CGMT have taken our request positively and assured us the same at the time of promotions.
Our Circle team met GM(HR/Admin) today and had discussed about status APAR data entry of SDEs for AGM promotions. Our district teams were following up the same at BA level. It is appraised that the APARs ( offline ) are updation completion certificate received from 4 BAs( PGT, KLM, ALP, EKM) and remaining BAs also under process. Few case TVM-1, KTM-3,PTA-1, KOZ-4 etc are to be entered. Altogether almost all the case's of those SDEs Who are expected to be in forthcoming DPC of AGM promotions are completed. Hence we requested Circle administration to complete the formalities and the required confirmation may be given to Corporate office by Saturday. GM HR/Admin agreed for early clearance on the same.
Further we have requested for consideration of the intercircle request Transfer of GATE JTOs based on the recent directions from corporate office on shortage Circles and processing of Rule-8 requests. Inline with the agenda meeting held with AIGETOA on 24/1/2022 and subsequent discussions BSNL Kerala Circle has published clarificatory guidelines on Inter BA/Intra BA transfers & preparation of various lists to facilitate the same.
AIGETOA Kerala requested for conducting the LICE for JTO (T) from JE cader as it is pending for the vacancy years from 2018-19 onwards and Kerala Circle is in acute need of executives. Click here for the letter submitted
AIGETOA Kerala once again submitted the request for considering the Rule-8 pending transfer requests of JTOs. We also requested for publishing the waitlist of Rule-8 requests and direct the BAs to forward all the pending Rule-8 transfer requests to Circle office, Kerala. Click here for the Letter

AIGETOA Kerala have submitted the detailed agenda points to Circle administration in connection with the scehduled agenda meeting on 24/1/2022
The Annual General body meeting of Malappuram BA was held on 18.01.2022 at Hotel Woodbine Foliage, Malappuram.
Malappuram BA Head Sri.Colin Lawrence Sir inaugurated the Open Session. AIGETOA CP Sri. Muhammadali M C, ACS Sri. Binoj C B , ACS Sri. Abdul Basith and other CEC/DEC office bearers & almost all members across BA attended the meeting. From Management side Sri. Prasanth O - DGM CFA, Smt. Anitha Sunil - DGM Admin & Sri. Joy NK - IFA, attended the Open Session. Representatives from other associations AIBSNLEA & SNEA also attended the Open Session.

DP AIGETOA Sri. Faisal Elattuparambil Presided over the function. All the dignitaries addressed the meeting on Open Session theme. After the Open Session, DS Sri. Subair P and DFS Sri.Vivek J presented the BA Term reports and unanimously accepted the GB.
Further the outgoing BA Body dissolved and Election proceedings started. Returning officer Sri. Binoj C B , ARO Sri.Cijo P Joseph and Circle observer Sri. Abdul Basith , handled the election proceedings and the AGM unanimously elected new office bearers of AIGETOA Malappuram for the next term.

Soon after the election process, various discussions on the issues were there. CP & ACS explained the association stand and clarified different matters.

Inline with the agenda point raised by the recognised association and to
make more transparency in processing of Transfer requests , Circle office have
published the transfer requests received and pending as on 15-1-2022. All
concerned are requested to go through the same and incase any issues kindly
HR/Admin section , O/o CGMT and inform concerned DS/DP.
Letter & Annexure list
Finally, with our consistent pursuance and follow up, AIGETOA has been able to put the whole process on track and the pension mechanism has been defined now. A major part of outstanding contribution has also been credited to the fund and remaining balance has been assured to be cleared by March 2022.
