Administrative Ineffiency and Biased Approach in Kannur BA

AIGETOA Kerala submitted a detailed representation with regard to the pathetic mismanagement happening in Kannur BA for almost 10 months both on operational and staff relation front. The BA unit of this association is already under protest against such biased approach from Kannur BA administration who have already proved that lack of ethics and honesty is their trademark. Click here for the letter submitted. AIGETOA is duty bound to protect the interests of executives and expose the failure & lacunae of management side also. We hope that Circle administration will take the corrective steps to upkeep the faith of executives in BSNL’s own rules and guidelines.

LHD at GMTO, Office Kannur

The LHD mass protest against the autocratic working of Kannur BA administration by AIGETOA is held today at Kannur, GMT Office. AIGETOA Kannur DP Sri Sandeep presided over the program. Program started with a welcome speech by DFS Sri Pramod. AIGETOA Kerala CP Sri Muhammadali inaugurated the protest program. AIGETTOA Kannur DS Sri Roopesh, AIGETOA Kerala ACS Sri Binoj, and ACS Sri Abdul Basith, ADS Kannur Sri. Sudeep C also addressed the event.
Around 60 executives from across the BA participated in the event and it was a grand success. AIGETOA Wholeheartedly congratulates the executives who came forward to express the resentment against the biased attitude of BA management whose performance has been a colossal failure so far on both Operational and HR front.
The agitation program is set to continue as scheduled if the management continues to evade the responsibilities under BSNL REA Rules and works against BSNL interests.

AIGETOA Kannur unit is going for protest programmes from 08-10-2021 onwards. As a recognised association, We cannot be a mute spectator to the biased and partisan approach of management which is harmful to BSNL operations and to the interest of Executive fraternity. For a better employee - employer relation, the BA management should shed their ego and come forward without prejudiced and unilateral decisions. We request all executives of Kannur BA to participate in the agitation programmes against an autocratic BA management and request for the support of all the members of AIGETOA in Kerala for the forthcoming protest programme.

Shri P T Thomas , Father of Shri. Ashley P Thomas, DFS AIGETOA Kottayam passed away today at their residence, Sankranti, Kottayam. Funeral tomorrow at 2PM at Bethlehem Church, Parampuzha, Kottayam.
AIGETOA, Kerala expresses it's deepest condolences and prays to the Almighty to provide the family for sufficient strength and courage to bear this irreparable loss. We pray that the eternal soul may rest in peace.

Annual General Body Meeting: Thrissur

The Annual General body meeting of Thrissur BA was held on 24.09.2021 in online mode. AIGETOA CP Sri. Muhammadali M C, CS Sri. Saheer.S, CHQ Org. Sec Sri. Dipu Chandran and other CEC/DEC office bearers & Almost all members across BA attended the meeting.
DP Sri. Jayadevan C.V. Presided over the function. Circle President and Circle Secretary addressed the meeting. Further DS Sri. Anand Ramakrishnan and DFS Sri.Chandrakumar presented the Term reports.
Further the BA Body dissolved and Election proceedings started. The Returning officer Sri. Ramachandran V K , handled the election proceedings and the AGM unanimously elected new office bearers for the next term.

It is regretted to note that the Kannur BA administration has failed to take decisions in time both operational and HR front. The poor decision making, the indecisiveness on important matters and favouritism are damaging the morale of the workforce and the working atmosphere. AIGETOA Kannur is forced to use the democratic right of protest organizational actions with a hope to bring up a balanced, unbiased , inclusive and responsive BA management.
