The Annual General Meeting Cum District Conferences of AIGETOA Circle Office, AIGETOA Kollam & AIGETOA Kottayam units held on 31-10-23,01-11-23 and 02-11-23 respectively. The meetings were conducted in elegant manner and witnessed huge participation from members. All the meetings attended by Circle President Sri. Muhammadali M C and Circle Secretary Sri. Maxmilan K along with Circle team The status updates on various matters were shared and the concerns expressed by our colleagues are well taken by the Circle team.

Dear Colleagues,
We are deeply saddened to learn about the sudden and untimely demise of our dear colleague Sri George Johns P , the Divisional Engineer of BSNL at Kanjirappally in Kottayam BA. He was also the District Secretary of our association - AIGETOA in Kottayam BA. His sudden departure has left a void that will be felt not only in the professional sphere but also in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
At the age of 53, Sri George Johns P had achieved remarkable success in his career, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues and all. His dedication and commitment to his roles as a Divisional Engineer, BSNL and District Secretary of AIGETOA were truly exemplary, and his contributions were invaluable. We also would like to special mention of his efforts that has contributed to growth AIGETOA as association Kottayam BA during many years.
As we remember Sri George Johns P, we also extend our heartfelt condolences to his Mother, wife and three children and all dear and near. During this difficult time, may they find strength and solace in the love and support of their friends and family.Let us come together to pay our last respects for a remarkable individual who left an indelible mark on all of us. Sri George Johns P's legacy will continue to inspire us, reminding us of the importance of dedication, hard work, and the positive impact one can make in their professional and personal life.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time of sorrow.

AIGETOA Kerala Meeting with Sr.GM HR /Admin on 25.09.2023

CS Sri.Maxmilan K & Chairman Sri.Saheer S met with Sr.GM HR/Admin and had discussed the following points
1. Rule 8 Transfers
As the the Rule-8 cases medical cases pending are already sent to BAs for cross verification ( arose due to some complaint) , We requested for processing of orders either on getting a confirmation reply / NO reply received within a week . This case are already delayed in lieu to the earlier assurance by administration in July -2023 and the early relief to these JTOs need to be done.
We have also asked for start processing of next set Rule-8 cases, so that as agreed earlier the concurrence from other circles can be done by the association for further clearance.
2. Request Transfers
The Inter BA OTP request transfers list will be published soon and the orders will be issued by next month.
We have also raised the cases of some executives whose cases need to be considered on various grounds and positive assurance are received.
3. Shift of Holiday for Milad-Un-Nabi
On clarification on the same , it is informed that the orders will be issued for shifting of holiday to 28/09/2023 as per CGEWCC Kerala order.

Meetings with Sr. GM HR/ Admin & EPF Section BSNL Kerala

AIGETOA team comprising Circle Secretary Sri.Maxmilan and Chairman Sri. Saheer met Sr. GM HR/ Admin & EPF Sections during the last 3 days on various matters that needed due consideration.
We had taken the matter of early Issuance of relieving orders of Medical ground approved Rule-8 cases as assured to this association before the Membership Verification. We also requested to process the remaining 26 executives transfers under Rule-8 who have completed the 5 years term.

Team AIGETOA was coordinating with Circle EPF Section and apprised the higher authorities about the issue pertain to non visibility of higher pension option which delays the forwarding to regional EPFO office. We requested to escalate the same with corporate office urgently as per our inputs from Regional EPFO office, Trivandrum. The matter is already appraised to AIGETOA CHQ.
We have also communicated the difficulty of accounts personal on transfer to circle office and requested to consider some cases which are represented.

Empowering Executives and BSNL Together
Dear Colleagues,
Finally the much awaited D-day for 3rd Membership Verification (MV) of Executive Associations in BSNL has arrived. As we approach the polling day scheduled for tomorrow (12-09-2023, Tuesday) we exhort all executives to remain united and cast their vote freely as per their conscious. Remember your vote is not just a mark on a ballot; but it's a voice that resonates with the collective will of our community. Each choice you make contributes to the tide of change, building the momentum that propels us towards progress. Further, it is your vote that forms the cornerstone of the future we aim to shape together.
As far as AIGETOA is concerned, we believe AIGETOA was successful in imparting a positive change and inculcating a sense of transparency and a bit of professionalism to the internal systems of BSNL, during its recognition period. And the same is visible in terms of better financial performance of BSNL over last couple of years. Further we have demonstrated in our manifesto that we would like to own both success as well as failure with humility, because we cherish our successes while we learn from our failures. Team AIGETOA Kerala had extensively toured Kerala in the last few weeks for MV campaign and it is our best belief that our teams would have met with each and every BSNL executive working in Kerala to solicit their continued support in favour of AIGETOA in the MV. They would have also delivered during the interaction our campaign materials for MV including the manifesto and the impartial analysis of our works for last three years as Majority Association (MA) vis à vis our manifesto for previous MV. It is our aspiration that each and every executive go through these documents impartially to comprehend the future that we would like to shape together with your active and continued support.
However in case if we have failed to reach out to any one of the executive during our campaign due to any exigencies or oversight, we regret the same and we take this last and final opportunity to implore upon them to evaluate without prejudice our vision for future based on the manifesto and performance based on the impartial analysis of our works published on our website. We once again hereby place an impassioned and humble appeal before each and every BSNL executives to cast their vote in favour of AIGETOA @ Sl No- 3. Together, let's illuminate the path for a brighter tomorrow.
