Welcome meeting was arranged to JAOs (who have undergone phase I training in RTTC TVM ) by AIGETOA Kerala at RTTC TVM on 10th Nov.
CS Sri Binu and CP Sri Rajesh addressed the gathering and emphasized the need of the hour to strengthening the DR Fraternity and the issues faced by DRs in general.
After a prolonged and sustained struggle by the United Forum, BSNL management has realised and cancelled the MT Recruitment notification..
Now the next step is get the MT RR cancelled and put in place a rugged and comprehensive CPSU promotion policy where each and every executive has the Path to reach upto the level of CMD..
This Menace has to end for the future of atleast those executives who have joined BSNL recently and have sufficient age profile on their side..We are committed for scrapping of MT RR and we will achieve it..come what may..

The one day CL call by all BSNL recruited employees was a grand success. Around 13000 BSNL recruited employees registered their protest by applying for leave on 2nd November 2016 in support of 30 Percent SuperAnnuation Benefit to the BSNL recruits.
We are happy to announce that the BSNL recruited employees participated in the protest action irrespective of the association and union boundaries. The success would have been impossible without active support of all BSNL recruited employees from all association and unions and specially SNATTA and the flag bearers of FIBRE.
In the meeting with Director HR, it was assured that trust rules shall be formed within 10-15 days and all formalities shall be completed within November 2016 and decision on enhancing the quantum and date of effect of implementation shall be discussed in first week of December. A status report will be shared on the Intranet also..
Friends our unity has given a strong message..and we have succeeded in making this issue as the first priority..
Lets be together without any doubts on each other.. ultimately we and only we the BSNL recruits will have to fight for our rights..
Let us create this feeling of brotherhood beyond all boundaries..
The call was for registering the protest and the same has been registered.. now management has come up with some assurance and If that is not fullfilled, we should be ready for action .. Let us all keep our fingers crossed and wait for the action from management..
In the meanwhile, we should remain prepared for anything that comes in the way. We once again thank one and all for being part of this historic exercise.. Let us all keep ourselves united for the cause..
On the issue of Death Relief Fund, the same shall be processed by the GM (Admin) CO after submission of the feedback with regard to the schemes being implemented by other PSUs.
Thanks and Regards
With Regards
Ravi Shil Verma

Dear BSNL recruited family members,
A lot of talk is being made with regard to the 3rd PRC..while management is comfortably forgetting the mandatory benefits of the 2nd PRC which pertains to BSNL recruits...
Please apply for one day CL.. it wont take much effort but will create a long lasting impact in achieving our rightful due..
Please consider our humble appeal..

1st Executive Membership Verification: Extension of dates of conduct of election and declaration of results.
Extension of referendum date order
It is well aware that Mahanavami, Vijayadasami and muharram is celebrated in kerala with great devotion. During this festive season, the above order created very much discontent among the employees of BSNL.
It is a known fact that most of the Cat-II and Cat-III CSC’s are working with extreme staff shortage.Majority of the cat-III CSC’s are working with single staff. Without prior intimation and practical alternate arrangements, engaging staff on duty continuously on holidays will adversely affect the working of CSC’s. The customer footfall will be minimum in holidays and banks are also not working. Proper public awareness was also not created.
Considering the above mentioned points, we request to reconsider the matter and address the issues accordingly.
