We are proud that our beloved association AIGETOA is attaining day by day newer and newer heights. The current exodus from the legacy associations and exponential increase in membership base of AIGETOA has actually is running a chill wave in the bones of the Proclaimed SENA. The fear of looming defeat in the forthcoming MV has made them afraid to such an extent that they have started a plethora of shameless lies on their website. Having achieved nothing in all these 20 years for BSNL Recruits, now this proclaimed SENA have started a series of blame games on their website and that too full of their own contradictions.

We won't get into much details of their voluminous updates which itself proves that how much they are afraid of the situation when their actions all these 3.5 years of the recognition and the 20 years of domination is going to show them the door in the next MV. A person who does nothing and speaks lies only acts in this way. The same is being done by the proclaimed SENA nowadays from their website as well as their old cronies who are acting as a B team for them by trying to misguide BSNL recruits against AIGETOA and trying to cut our vote share. But we are sure, our brothers and sisters will give a befiiting reply to the proclaimed SENA as well as their cronies.

Our sole motto is to go forward and end the discrimination which BSNL Recruits have been facing all these 20 years on the issues related to their Pay, Pension and Promotion. They have ruled for 20 years and did nothing...We want to work for two years and achieve everything. Now BSNL Recruits are in majority and hence a BSNL Recruit will have to sit in front of management and government for the issues related to BSNL and its employees.

Dear legacy associations, your time is over now...all these lies will not deter BRs from supporting AIGETOA. We will Win and we will definitely win, not to become number one but to reshape the future of BSNL Recruits whom you have left like orphans…

However, still we would like to expose some of your lies. It seems now you have become a habitual liar. Recently we came through one Email of yours to a common innocent BSNL Recruit who was seeking update on the status of E1 plus Five Increments to those who have not got it and you have shamelessly replied that DoT has approved it and is pending to be implemented by BSNL. We hope you must be aware of what DoT has approved in its PO and you want that to be implemented in BSNL. We would like to inform one and all that DoT has approved Pay protection on Personal basis for JTOs recruited in E1A and E1 scales for JTOs recruited/promoted thereafter. Surprisingly, the captain of the proclaimed SENA wants to implement E1 for JTOs...which is a clear indication of what they want for BSNL Recruits. SO the Proclaimed SENA Wants E1 to be implemented as the replacement scale of E1A again in same lines of what they did in JTO 2014 by agreeing for E1. They again want to derail the efforts of AIGETOA in legal as well as BSNL Front. E1 plus five increments to batches recruited through JTO RR 2014 and JAOs recruited from 2010 onwards is to be extended by BSNL Board and DoT does not have any role in this. This also shows the level to which they can manipulate things...but they forget that BRs are a learned lot and they can understand everything...

Our Second Question to this misguided missile is - Whether he understands the difference between Defined Benefits and Defined Contribution. The PRMB which he is referring to is no where...We dare him to write a letter seeking constitution of PRMB fund in BSNL. If he is a well wisher then he should immediately demand creation of PRMB fund for BSNL Recruits.

And nothing can be more outrageous and laughable than blaming AIGETOA for non settlement of 30 Percent SAB Benefits. Dear Captain of the Proclaimed SENA...May we know what stopped you from getting it implemented when 2nd PRC recommendations were being implemented...You must be knowing that BSNL was in profit that time...What made you to forget the SAB as well as E2/E3 scales for JTOs-JAOs/SDEs-AOs...Just because you were busy in getting your own coffers full forgetting about the issues which were affecting BSNL Recruits... And Now you are shedding crocodile tears and for your information, your so called allies left it for us to fight and whatever we can achieve, we have achieved...and whatever that has been left we will achieve that also... and yes in the mean while we would like to suggest you to hire some accountancy teacher who can teach you the difference between Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution... so that you can realise how much deficit is yet to be realised in 30% SAB. First you learn the calculation, than dare to speak on the issue...We hope by now you must have learned that full form of EPF is Employee Provident Fund and not Employee Pension Fund.

Regarding your much hyped court case, we would like to clarify that you are simply trying to undo the good work done by AIGETOA Members of Kerala who won the Higher pension case in their favour. You and your proclaimed SENA is trying to implead in a case filed by NCOA which is mostly pertaining to Exempted organisations like NTPC etc having their own trust where EPF funds are managed by organization themselves and not by EPFO. There is an underlying danger that the Government may take a plea since funds were not available with EPFO, why should they pay the higher pension to them but you will not understand because you are more concerned about creating the hype than resolving the issue. AIGETOA has clearly discussed the matter with high profile lawyers and they all were of the view that the association should file separate writ at Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and we are going ahead with that...and are filing a writ at Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. We are not asking for any contributions either and for us the fund contribution of the association is enough to fight for the rights of BSNL Recruits. We request you to not to spoil the case and if you are so concerned about BSNL Recruits, file a separate writ on behalf of your association instead of oiling your friends in the NCOA. We would also suggest you to take opinion from highest legal authorities of BSNL CO who are also being governed by EPF. We earnestly request you to not to put the social security benefits of BSNL Recruits just for the sake of credit mongering.

You are saying that Management offered AIGETOA the proposal to promote...how did u came to know if they offered it to us. It shows you were upto something very nasty and following our each and every discussions. You may refer to your own website...and your frikkling comments on your website at that time...tells many stories. Yes, it is true that we have succeeded in almost getting the promotions executed on 4th January 2019 as management was convinced with our logics and solutions. File was initiated also but suddenly there was a U turn.. We came to know that some body went to CMD and told that if you execute the promotions, your contempt will never be settled...Somebody went to management and made them confused on own merit and on merit issue...We were searching for the person who misguided the apex of BSNL and derailed all the process...today we came to know...who was he. Thanks for disclosing your truth. In your quest for proving one upmanship, you even got the apex of BSNL in trouble...had that promotion would have been issued on 4th January 2019, the contempt case would have also died down because only question which Hon'ble Court asked from the applicant's advocate was that whether you received the promotion orders...Had that answer would have been yes, things would have ended good for all...including the management as well as the executives...but you were more concerned about proving your point and you used your proximity and the animosity against AIGETOA to the apex to derail everything...and now again you are shedding crocodile tears..

Also tell us why you filed review petition...were you management...if 1:1 is extended to executives that is well in line with the set norms and RRs...why you were worried...why you wanted to deny chances of BSNL Recruits...for whom...why you filed review for a non existent problem...nobody ever challenged the training marks seniority...why you brought that in question...why you were afraid of BSNL Recruits getting their due seniority...and by the way did u ever told the LICE 2014 batch JTOs that you kept supernumerary JTOs above them while they should have been senior to the supernumerary JTOs. Did u told them that your threatened management with agitation if Supernumerary JTOs are dropped from the list and LICE 2014 JTOs are considered. However, we are happy to note that you once again agreed promotion is possible through DPC..and we hope now at least you will realise your mistakes...and work sincerely for JTO to SDE promotions through DPC and help us in achieving the long awaited 1st promotion to our brothers and sisters.

And Finally, seeing the content on your website, we have realised that the your so called for unity was a simple hoax created by you. You have made your intent very clear that whatever you did was just a political gimmick nothing else...You added one more chapter in deceiving AIGETOA/BRs in the history of your treacherous moves when u ditched us at the time of MSRRs by compromising with management on time bound upgradation instead of Time Bound Functional Promotions, Not considering the 30 percent SAB and E2 scales at the time of 2nd PRC , Sending your representative to stop LDCE promotions in 2018, deceiving AIGETOA during negotiations on CPSU Hierarchy by not considering the benefits of BSNL Recruits like agreeing for lower scales, not including internal fast track policy, agreeing for MT Recruitment..

SO don't try to project yourself as Mr Champion. We as well as everybody knows what you are. Just start counting your days... Very soon You will realise your true worth..

Covid-19 protection kits by AIGETOA Kerala - Distribution completed successfully

The Covid-19 Protection kit distribution by AIGETOA Kerala was successfully completed across Kerala Circle. We could reach almost all units of External, CSCs, Transmission, Mobile, GMTOs and other wings in BSNL Kerala.The program was inaugurated by CGMT Kerala and respective BA heads. The initiative was welcomed by BSNL executives and Non executives. AIGETOA Kerala team expresses the heartfelt gratitude to all those who contributed and supported for this noble cause. We could collect an amount of Rs 4,52,724/- and the total expenditure incurred is Rs 4,27,077/-. The timely delivery of sanitizers, face shields, gloves, masks etc were well appreciated by all BSNL employees.

The Positive role of AIGETOA and The Adverse Role of the so called recognised groups in the revival process of BSNL

Dear Colleagues,

Here onwards we shall be presenting a free and fair Report card of the majority and support association for last 3.5 years vis-a-vis the role of AIGETOA for securing the rights of BSNL Recruits as well as executives.

Today we are analysing the role of AIGETOA/AIBSNLEA/SNEA in the revival process.

Both the associations (SNEA and AIBSNLEA) tried their level best to derail the revival process by opposing VRS, Land Monetisation etc. (These things are on record). AIGETOA was initially part of AUAB and it never let AUAB oppose the VRS on AUAB platform. We then delinked ourselves from AUAB when they started drifting from the core issues and things were not being towed in line with what was decided specially WRT SAB. Thereafter, AIGETOA started a separate campaign in support of the revival process. With positive support on the issues from one major association of BSNL in the form of AIGETOA, the basic foundation stone for the revival process was laid down by the government of India. This fact was mentioned by Hon'ble MOC during his press briefing also that associations are supporting this demand - AIGETOA was the only association which supported VRS. The role of AIGETOA is also clear from the fact that one of the leading News Channel NDTV gave space to our General Secretary in its all India prime time at 9:00 PM. None of the so called major corners and claimants found any space on any media news channel at this magnitude. We are surprised to note that one association is audaciously claiming playing a major role in bringing this revival process while their opposition to the revival steps of GoI is on record captured in their own website.

It was the support of AIGETOA to the VRS process which enabled BSNL to survive this COVID-19 mess also as the salary burden was hugely down.

The support to revival process of AIGETOA has laid an important stepping-stone towards achievement of E2 scales for JTO/JAO/Equivalent cadre and E3 scales for SDE/AO/Equivalent Cadre. In MTNL, pay scales are linked with the Pension contribution by Government. So it becomes more important that a BSNL Recruit Association and a BSNL Recruit should represent the issues of executives of BSNL to management as well as government as during merger of MTNL/BSNL, settlement of Pay Scale will have to be done and we don't want Pay scales issue to be compromised in lieu of Pension Revision etc. So, a BSNL Recruit representing the issue becomes far more important and hence AIGETOA becomes all the more important further.

Hence, Please Choose AIGETOA - The only Association which can ensure your rights.

Questions which every BSNL Recruit Should ask from GS of the proclaimed SENA... who did nothing except for blaming AIGETOA for his failures and acting as a News Reader on behalf of management for all these 3.5 years.

1. Please tell what you discussed with management during your meeting with restructuring cell? Why you did not disclosed the details of your meeting to members. Why you disclosed it only after when AIGETOA brought to common domain after its agenda meeting with management. Please tell all why you are not opposing the reduction of posts openly...? Why you are justifying and agreeing to the stand of Management that they will reduce posts...?

2. Please inform your members what is the current sanctioned Strength in SDE cadre, DE cadre, AO Cadre, CAO cadre and whether it can cater to the need of executives waiting for their promotions...?

3. Please tell that despite agreeing on your website that there is possibility of DPC happening for JTO to SDE, you have never gone to management for issuance of these promotions. Why You don't want youngsters to be promoted...?

4. Please tell us why your beloved policy - The half baked CPSU Hierarchy could not be implemented till date despite your association and having majority tag all these years and despite your claim to be the so called mightiest association. Also honestly tell all what management told to you with regard to implementing this half-baked CPSU Policy on 9th June 2020 and why an approved policy is being talked about being taken to Management Committee - For implementation or For Rejection...?

5. Do you agree that AIGETOA is most Powerful Association in BSNL as you blame AIGETOA for your failures? What you were doing with the strength of 22000 members (Now reduced to 11500) all these 3.5 years except for using their membership fee against the interest of BSNL recruits.?

6. Please tell us what happened to your fighting spirit and resolve to struggle till last breath. You Served Notice for agitation for implementation of CPSU policy. You Kept it postponing and postponing and then finally dumped it...What happened to your might..? Why you did not dared to launch any agitation on this...Do you remember that last successful agitation was done by you only when AIGETOA was part of it... There again you betrayed all using your Recognized Tag...and surrendering before management.

7. Please tell us while strongly advocating for CPSU policy for BSNL Recruits, Why You went for promotions of your contemporaries through existing post based mechanism just two days before the so called golden date of 01.07.2018...? Why you were afraid to impose this new policy on your contemporaries. Why you want to experiment with future of BSNL Recruits only...? Also tell us why Internal Fast Track mechanism, which was part of the CPSU discussion, is not part of this CPSU policy and Instead External MT recruitment finds a place. Please tell us why you have not ensured E2 scales for JTOs in your proposed beloved CPSU policy. Please tell how many more compromises you made for ensuring the wrongful promotion of your batch mates by way of matching saving in a single day.

8. Please tell us despite yourself having a recognized tag, you allowed no BSNL Recruits to be promoted during June 2018...Even Category Promotions were not executed because they were having BSNL Recruits. Why you opposed moves of AIGETOA with respect to issuance of DPC promotions for JTO to SDE promotions.? Why you got 5400 SDE posts eaten away and left it for AIGETOA to get it restored.?

9. Please tell us why you filed a review petition against the Hon'ble Ernakulum High court judgment. Why You opposed 1:1 ratio seniority between DRs and PRs. Why you got Supernumerary JTOs placed senior to DRs and LICE JTOs.. Why you want BSNL Recruits to remain down in the seniority lists..(all LICE JTOs as well DR JTOs)... Why you are against the interests of BSNL Recruits.?

10. Please tell us whether SDE Seniority should be framed on Date of Joining Basis or Vacancy Year Basis.? Your one of the Gurus have openly criticized AGETOA for pursuing for Vacancy Year Based Seniority fixation in SDE cadre. What is the stand of SNEA on this issue. Please come out openly with your stand instead of hobnobbing silently behind the closed doors with management.

11. Please tell us why you want management to give 2 percent less SAB when you were part of the discussions where management agreed to give 7 percent more.?

12. Please tell us why you agreed for JTO RR 2014 with E1 as Pay scale.? Please tell all that AIGETOA was the only association which opposed degradation of Pay scales in new RRs..

13. Please tell how many cases you and your activists have filed for stopping LDCE promotions. Also Tell why your CHQ OBs went to management for stopping the issuance of LDCE 2015 promotions. Also tell how many of your OBs filed court cases to derail the combined LDCE notification which was being published for conducting LDCE for four VY in year 2016 which would have benefited all youngsters.

14. Please Tell all whether you accept 9470 as the strength in AGM cadre or less..

15. Also tell us are you willing to allow a BSNL Recruit to become General Secretary / All India President of your Association. We have seen you offering peanuts in the form of DS/FS/CS posts. Are you willing to work under the leadership of a BSNL Recruit.

If each BSNL Recruit can find a justified and honest answers from the proclaimed SENA else they should all come together and unite under the umbrella of AIGETOA.
 

Inauguration of Supply of Protective Materials ( Covid-19 ) at BSNL offices & CSCs

Our respected CGMT BSNL Kerala Sri C V Vinod Sir, inaugurated the distribution Of Covid-19 protective materials by AIGETOA Kerala across all over Kerala in BSNL offices and CSCs. The program was held on 03/06/2020 10:00 AM at O/o CGMT within the restrictions imposed during Covid-19.

Our GM HR/Admin Sri Satheesh Sir, our beloved CS Sri Saheer S , ACS Sri Prasadraj, VP Sri Vipal Prem, DS TVM Sri Sreejith , DP TVM, Sri Rajesh , DFS Sri. Aravind .M and office bearers & members were present in the occasion.
The materials include Face shield, Mask, Sanitizer, Hand wash & Gloves . The distribution across Kerala will be done by respective district teams soon.
We express our heartfelt gratitude to one and all, especially the members of AIGETOA Kerala who came forward to contribute towards this noble cause in BSNL Kerala.

GS AIGETOA letter to CMD BSNL regarding AGM/DE (Telecom) strength

GS AIGETOA writes to CMD BSNL regarding apparent misrepresentation of facts by GM(Restg) in the ongoing restructuring exercise by not presenting correct strength of AGM/DE (Telecom) grade. The sanctioned strength of AGM(T) should be counted as 9470 (5303 + 4167) for all calculation purposes and there should not be any reduction in posts of any promotional cadre by virtue of restructuring -Further we demand for free and fair enquiry into the whole process adopted in June-2018 for creation of thousands of AGM posts in a single day.

Details of AIGETOA CHQ Review Meeting with Director (HR) on 22/05/2020

A review meeting was held on 22nd May 2020 with Director (HR). From Management Side Director (HR), PGM (PERS), Sr. GM (Estt), Sr. GM (SR), GM (Restructuring), GM (Recruitment) and DGM (Pers) were present. From the association side All India President Shri Ravi Shil Verma and All India Vice President Shri Badri Kumar Mehta were present.

The agenda points which included the Pending promotion of JTO to SDE , SDE Reversion settlement, Standard pay scale E2(JTO/JAO) and E3(SDE/AO), Changeover window & MV Matters, SDE-DE/AO-CAO Promotions, List 9 finalization, SAB Related matters ,Rule-8 Transfers and Native Circle Transfer of GATE recruited JTOs were discussed in detail.

An appeal to support the fight against Covid-19

Dear Friends,

AIGETOA Kerala appeal to all members and well wishers to support a task for Providing Protective Kits to BSNL CSCs/ External Clusters in Kerala circle. In its CEC meeting held on 09-05-2020 AIGETOA Kerala decided to appeal for voluntary financial support from members and well wishers in BSNL, inorder to procure and distribute protective kits ( consisting of protective shield , mask , glove , sanitizer & handwash ) to units who frequently deals with public . We are sure that all our members and the like minded employees will come forward to support this noble cause to give a support within BSNL during this pandemic time where sanitization / hygiene is the most important concern. Even though the support is voluntary, we expect a minimum of Rs 1000/- from each personal which will surely point to make a gesture of solidarity to those employees / workers in these BSNL units across Kerala. The amount may be handed over to concerned DS/DP/DFS and Let’s contribute unitedly and make the program a success.

CEC Meeting through Video Conference

The Circle Executive Committee meeting of AIGETOA Kerala was held on 09-05-2020 through Zoom Video Conference. The circle executive committee members and various DS/DP/DFS attended the meeting across Kerala. The CEC meeting was chaired by Circle President Sri. Muhammadali and lasted for almost three hours where various agenda points discussed elaborately. Our All India President Sri. Ravishil Verma also graced the meeting with his presence for a short period of time .

1.Covid -19 related support by AIGETOA Kerala
CEC appreciated the support of our members on different platforms with regard to Covid-19 related support works. Many members gave their share to PMcares/ CMDRF , financial support for needy ones locally, food / grocery supplies , activities to recharge FRCs at Airports etc. On further continuing solidarity to discharge the responsibility, the meeting decided to call for a voluntary contribution from members/ well wishers to provide kits to all BSNL CSCs / external clusters /units in Kerala Circle who deals with public or customers directly . The kit will contain Masks/ Face shields/ Gloves/Sanitizers/handwash etc which will help for fight against this pandemic by ensuring sanitization for employees and customers. ACS Sir.Binoj, VP Sri. Nikesh and CFS Sri. Maxmillan are nominated to coordinate the same.

2.Status and submission of SSA account statements ( FY 19-20 ) for auditing purpose.
Circle Finance Secretary Sri. Maxmilan informed that the circle account details are already submitted for auditing purpose as directed from CHQ. Now various SSA account statements ( FY 19-20 ) for auditing purpose are pending. The details are already shared by Malppuram, Palghat, Thrissur and Ernakulam. Remaining SSA DS/DFS have detailed present status and it is informed that they will share the data within a week.

3.Obstacles in 4G tender & 4G rollout
The committee shared its concern over the obstacles happened in 4G tender which is long awaited for BSNL and its customers. Circle Secretary Sri. Saheer explained the issues in the same and appraised about various initiatives from CHQ side for some solutions in the stalemate. Later our AIP also detailed about present situation.

4.Matter of Changeover Window stoppage and Illegitimate facility extension.
The matter of illegitimate facility extension to some executive associations due to some doubtful nexus was discussed in the meeting. Infact one such association, have much lesser membership than AIGETOA allowed to continue their status as such, which is completely irrational and beyond justice. The changeover window stoppage also made purposefully to give some hindrance to the flow executives to join AIGETOA across india. We are sure that no one can stop the reality to come out being the fact that only AIGETOA who stand for BSNL recruits for their career and super annuation related matters .

5.Promotions / Inter Circle Transfers.
Discussions held on pending Promotions and restructuring of employees and how association is planning to tackle these matters. Even though situation is tough due to Covid pandemic, we are still working to get some resolutions for the results. The inter circle matter of GATE JTOs is taken by CHQ actively and mean time the long standing inter circle transfer will be known after the lockdown situation, once the transportation becomes normal. AIP clarified the concerns raised.

Finally, CP summarised the resolutions of the meeting and opined that since this mode of zoom meeting is very constructive and convenient, we can think of having such meetings in regular intervals during the lock down / pandemic period

Shri. Krishnan .V, father of Shri. Ramachandran, CEC Member & Ex CS Aigetoa Kerala passed away at around 4 PM on 10.05.2020 at their residence, Shornur, (1km from Railway Station) Cremation at 8 AM tomorrow on 11.5.2020 at Shanthitheeram near Bharathapuzha (Cheruthuruthy Palam).

AIGETOA, Kerala expresses it's deepest condolences and prays to the Almighty to provide him & his family sufficient strength and courage to tide over the crisis and for bearing this irreparable loss. We pray that the eternal soul may rest in peace.
