Updates on All India Conference of AIGETOA at Mysore from 17th June 2016 to 19th June 2016

Joint Open Session of AIGETOA & AIBSNLEA held at Mysore, 17thJune 2016:

As scheduled, the joint open session of AIGETOA and AIBSNLEA was held on 17th June 2016. Prior to the Joint Open session, a procession from MarutiMandir to Senate Bhavan, University of Mysore was held wherein CMD BSNL Shri Anupam Srivastava, Shri N.K. Gupta, Director (CFA) and Shri Nagaraju, CGM (Karnataka) along with Shri Ravi ShilVerma, All India President AIGETOA, Shri. Prahlad Rai, General Secretary, AIBSNLEA and Shri. P Venugopal, President were taken in a chariot showcasing the services offered by BSNL. More than 1000 delegates participated in the procession with BSNL banners and display of products and promotions of BSNL services. Open Session and Seminar on "Role of BSNL in the Telecom Sectorof India" commenced with Ganesh Vandana, beautiful dances Pushpanjali, BhoShambho Shiv Shambhu Savyambho, NrityaGiri and Veer Bhadra dance by the students of University of Mysuru.

Gupta, GM (SR), BSNL C.O., New Delhi our CHQ President Shri P. Venugopal, Shri Prahlad Rai, General Secretary, Shri Ravi ShilVerma, President, AIGETOA, Shri Amit Roy, AGS, AIGETOA along with other eminent leaders of trade unions and sister Associations namely Shri P. Open Session & Seminar on "Role of BSNL in the Telecom Sector of India" formally inaugurated by the Hon�ble Chief Guest and the Guests of Honor by lighting the lamp.

Shri H Y Andeli, C.S. Karnataka AIBSNLEA welcomed Shri Anupam Srivastava, CMD, BSNL and Shri N. K. Gupta, Director (CFA), Guest of Honours, VVIPs and all other dignitaries, Senior Officers, General Secretaries of other Unions/Associations, CHQ office bearers, Circle Secretaries, Circle Presidents, CWC members, delegates, press and media representatives. He mentioned that the gathering will discuss the role of BSNL in the Telecom. Sector of India during the seminar and during the AIC.

The Senate Bhawan hall was jam packed with even hundreds of the guests who could not got seat in the meeting hall are viewing the program on LEDs provided outside the hall.

Deferment of Organizational action Programme � Call given by United Forum of AIBSNELA and AIGETOA

Congratulations to all the members and supporters of United Forum of AIBSNLEA and AIGETOA !!!!! We hereby congratulate all the rank and file of United Forum for their dedicated support and participation in the organizational action program. This is only the first step achieved and we have miles to go. We have been able to convince the management about the legitimacy of our demands and the firm timelines for resolutions have been committed. Despite the several negative forces running every nuke and corner to derail the resolution of issues and doing all sort of propaganda to just achieve their only one objective i.e. of membership verification. No doubt, Membership verification is the solution to this leg pulling approach by the overzealous corners but the same should not have been at the cost of derailing and sabotaging the issues by their unnecessary threats. We welcome them in Ballot Field also. Time will show them their real destiny.

Now we request all the members to work sincerely and very hard to take BSNL to the new Heights. To our understanding, Management has already taken the first step towards fulfilling the commitment by approving the Management Committee proposal of replacing the scales from E2 to E7 and we sincerely hope and believe that management will honor all its commitments to keep the employee � employer relationship and industrial harmony at its best. We promise that we shall be keeping a strict vigilance over the issues to prevent any mischief from the overzealous corners.

Thanks and Gratitude once again to all the members for showing their exceptional support and hard-work to make this organizational action program successful�

In view of the positive approach of management and actual action taken on ground towards resolution of the issues� we hereby defer our organizational action program with a promise to return back if the things doesn�t go as committed.

Dear Friends,

The much awaited  justified seniority case of  all direct recruit JTOs in BSNL , came for hearing at Hon High Court , Kerala today ( after vacation ) . After detailed hearing , the case is posted to July-2016. Details will be shared .

Even though we are working for a justified cause in seniority cum fitness quota , some vested interests were trying to STOP/ delay  the much awaited LDCE results . They even pretends that they are the vocal for young talents & fast track promotions , by stalling the LDCE results ???? . We humbly request all bright DRs who follow them to have a self introspection and identify the real intention

Dear  Friends

The DoPT case ( 1:1 seniority between Direct Recruits Vs Promotees ) in JTO cader was listed for 04-03-2016 . But the case was not at all taken for hearing nor done  any formality preliminary works because other case were ahead at Hon High court . Some people may try to misguide  for  their own ‘vested ‘ interests. Please don’t  believe / fall into the rumours from those false corners

The case posted for hearing after vacation .

We will fight to the maximum to get back our correct seniority ( which was snatched from DRs through back door by some ???? ) through legal way OR  by ensuring  the CPSU hierarchy implementation
