Election Procedure for New Circle Body of AIGETOA Kerala Chapter

Dear Members ,
In connection with selection of New Circle executive body of AIGETOA Kerala chapter as per constitution of AIGETOA , in the forth coming AGM to be held on 4th December 2016 at Ernakulam, the following details are updated for information and nominations accordingly .
AIGETOA CHQ decided & nominated

Sri. M Sridhar Babu , JS-South as the CHQ Observer &
Sri. R Bijoy , SDE (NQM ) Ernakulam as the Returning Officer

The nominations are called for all the 11 ( Eleven ) Circle Executive Posts
The nominee must be a paid member of AIGETOA , Kerala.

A Single nomination shall be allowed to contest for any circle executive post.
The Cut off date for online nominations will be mid night of 30th November 2016.
The Final  nomination list will be displayed in Circle website on 1st December 2016 .
The withdrawal of nominations  will be allowed till mid night of 2nd Dec 2016.

Dharna against subsidiary tower company formation

Unions and Associations of BSNL serves notice to Secretary, DoT and CMD, BSNL against formation of a Subsidiary Tower Company. Demanding the government to drop the proposal to form a Subsidiary Tower Company of BSNL.

Unions and Associations of BSNL have decided to conduct the following agitation program against it:

1. Day long Dharana through out the country on 25.11.2016.

2. Strike on 15.12.2016

United Forum of Executives Association comprising of AIBSNLEA and AIGETOA serves upon a notice on CMD, BSNL on delay in disposal of various cases slapped against Ex. General Secretary Shri R.P. Shahu. <<<Click here for the Notice>>>

In case, Management do not take cognizance of the issue, following protest actions program will be implemented:

1. 15.11.2016: Lunch Hour Demonstration at all SSA HQs / Circle HQs / BSNL CO

2. 23.11.2016: One Day Dharna at all SSA HQs / Circle HQs / BSNL CO

3. Non-cooperation with Black Badge shall also be in effect from 23.11.2016 till resolution of the issue and

4. 30.11.2016: One Day Dharna at BSNL CO. All executives across the country will gather at BSNL CO, New Delhi.

GM SR called for a discussion on the issue of vindictive actions on Shri R P Shahu. We made our point of view very clear that we don't want any favour. all we want is the decision on Merit and independent enquiry into the whole episode. We also made him aware about the prevalent unrest in the minds of all AIGETOA members against continued ignorance of this issue. we have informed that all of us are willing to go to any extent and ready for the extreme but we want decision at any cost and all of us have prepared ourselves for the action program..

The discussion will continue further..

Friends make extensive preparations for the forth coming protest action programs. we tried this issue to be resolved in amicable manner but that was not reciprocated by management.

Shri R P shahu has given the most precious years of his life to the cause of the BSNL recruits, the man who made us aware about our rights..the man who gave us the vision for achieving the three Ps.. The man who burnt his midnight oil studying the issues of BSNL recruits..the man who dared and taught us what daring means..

Now its our turn to reciprocate..now its our turn to contribute..now its our turn to stand up for him..

Lets come and make this bond stronger..lets come and make everyone believe that if anything happens to my leader ..we r not going to spare it..lets join and make this program successful..lets come and convey- We Care...We care for our leader..

Please join en-masse this program..please ensure the participation of all the members of AIGETOA to show the support for the Super Hero- Our very own -Our very own RP..the name we all adore..the name which we all love..the name which we all like..

Calicut SSA AGM conducted.

AIGETOA-Calicut SSA AGM, held at Mananchira TE Hall on 14th November 2016. From CEC Side CFS-Shri Haridasan & Shri Ramachandran attended the function. 
Shri Haridasan CFS inaugurated the function. Further fruitful discussions on various HR issues were happened. After lunch session, the existing body was declared dissolved and Office Bearers for new term were unanimously elected by the members.

Welcome meeting for JAOs trainees at RTTC TVM

Welcome meeting was arranged to JAOs (who have undergone phase I training in RTTC TVM ) by AIGETOA Kerala at RTTC TVM on 10th Nov.
CS Sri Binu and CP Sri Rajesh addressed the gathering and emphasized the need of the hour to strengthening the DR Fraternity and the issues faced by DRs in general.

MT Recruitment Notification cancelled

After a prolonged and sustained struggle by the United Forum, BSNL management has realised and cancelled the MT Recruitment notification..
Now the next step is get the MT RR cancelled and put in place a rugged and comprehensive CPSU promotion policy where each and every executive has the Path to reach upto the level of CMD..
This Menace has to end for the future of atleast those executives who have joined BSNL recently and have sufficient age profile on their side..We are committed for scrapping of MT RR and we will achieve it..come what may..
