JTO Seniority case update from Hon. High Court Kerala

The arguments at Hon. High Court regarding JTO Seniority case with respect to non conformance with DoPT guidelines and flows in All India Eligibility List completed today. Decision by Hon. High Court is reserved. Details will be updated.

DR-JTO Seniority Case at Hon High Court

The arguments continued today once again in detail. DR JTO Applicant advocates explained the problems in the Circulated All India eligibility list. In AEL the promotee JTOs were give undue seniority to which they are even not eligible at all.

If BSNL followed or allowed to follow DoPT guidelines as demanded , the DR JTOs in BSNL up-to 3 to 4 batches got a very good chance for becoming SDEs without LDCE exams.

It is pertinent to say that the so called self proclaimed groups were delaying the jto seniority so far. We hope that justice will render to us.Once again we request those DRs to identify the intention of those groups and who are working for ruining the career progression of BSNL Recruits

The arguments will be continued tomorrow, which is also somewhat rare in Court hearings

Seniority In JTO Cader based on DoPT/ GoI Guidelines

The seniority Case in JTO cader taken for detailed hearing in a new bench:

Arguments will be continued tomorrow. BSNL Management and So called supported association respondents argued against Direct Recruit JTOs justified and delayed seniority.

DR JTO Vs Promotee JTO seniority with regard to 1:1 stand was strongly pointed by DR applicants in Kerala.

Needless to say/understood by all DR JTOs that, one side the so-called hidden agenda people are trying to get our hard earned money as subscription and other side they are trying to stop our promotions Via LDCE/Via seniority. In effect they are cheating entire JTO community ie. both promotees and DRs who are their members too.

AIGETOA always wanted better career progression/promotion and we are trying for convince the same, be it on LDCE front or DPC. But at the same time some corners simply want to drag the same for...

It's up to YOU all to think

DoPT 1:1 Seniority Case reg
