The proclaimed Majority started works for Credit Mongering. We don't have any issues as it was seen in the last decade . But at the same time we have to be more vigilant about the situation that nothing should be done at the cost of BSNL DR community.
Be it be non-executive / executive, DRs genuine rights are to be protected. We hope that at least good sense will prevail, from the marginal ones, from now onwards - they can't ignore DR strength.
We request all our members to follow the CHQ instructions and be in touch with DS/DPs , in line with present UF agitation programme.
Make stronger efforts and inturn association, will emerge as strongest to protect our rights.

The fight for Justice for BSNL DRs starts today. AIGETOA Kerala requests all our members to participate in the UF protest call & to be a part to safeguard our rights.
Remember our rights for getting standard pay-scale which is still in struggling phase. Post 2007 batch pay parity towards 22820/- is the utmost importance of hour .
Remember our rights were kept away by some, to reach the middle management in due time. Be it on the LDCE -2015, Be it for DPC/ correct JTO gradation, Be it on CPSU hierarchy - approach by them is the same.
Remember our rights which are at compromised stage, to have a dignified super-annuation. Management's offer 3% SAB is still in paper, where our entire 12% lying in total disarray.
Many others had made many offers in PPP by this time, but there is no progress/ sincerity and the issues of DRs being sidelined.
United Forum has called an agitation on the issues in the next week of MV and keen to resolve these. We are sure that, due to selfless efforts of AIGETOA, We all will achieve our rights; mind you the bright light of success is closer to us only due to our unity.

3. Work According to Rules and Complete Non-Cooperation with effect from 27th December 2016.
4. “Dilli Chalo” w.e.f. 10th January 2017 for Indefinite Dharna at BSNL Corporate Office New Delhi till resolution of the issues.

Dear Members, it is requested that none should fall prey to the gimmicks and false promises, but we have to make sure that our rightful demands are met one by one.

Recently, after winning by a wafer thin majority (The difference was of 841 Votes only in their favour), the mighty association has started projecting themselves as if they have won the battle of Panipat. We gracefully accepted that they have won and now it's time to concentrate on the issues. We thought that perhaps after winning, the association will genuinely pursue the issues. But that was never to be.
Somebody has rightly said that whenever the cat comes out of the bag, it will definitely show its colors. The same has been proved true. The Cat is out of bag and have started showing its true colors. The mighty Association, instead of focusing towards resolution of issues specially pay parity (22,820 basic to Post 01.01.2007 executives), Standard Pay Scales E2-E3, 30% SAB, CPSU, Declaration of Posting Order for LDCE qualified candidates, DPC through seniority cum fitness, 1st Time bound upgradation in four years (When that demand was converted into 4-5 years instead of 4 years), resolution of Rule-8 cases, scrapping of MT RRs/DGM RRs, extension of one increment to LDCE passed candidates etc, the mighty association have started their campaign with a membership drive with spreading false propaganda against AIGETOA. They are more eager to grab members then to resolve the long pending HR issues. The rule-8 cases resolution is a burning issue and many LICE passed JTOs are going to join within next 7-10 days, but nowhere are they exercising their so called might for clearing the waiting list. The notification of SDE RRs has stopped the promotion orders of almost 2400 executives but that does not find any space in their website. But we reassure that we will not allow anybody to succeed in their sinister game plans. We are prepared for the fight and we will fight it out. All we need is your whole hearted support.
Earlier, the management as well as the mighty association was propagating that they are unable to take up the issues due to the clause of Membership Verification but even after the MV, the mighty association and its office bearers have shown their interest in increasing their quota of fund by subscribing more and more executives in their fold. May be in near future some other building is going to be built up to provide luxurious life to the retired leaders. Afterall, what is the dire need to concentrate on increasing the membership count when they themselves have been claiming that they have sufficient membership? Why their leaders have started campaigning for membership drive while ignoring other burning issues. The winners don't indulge into below the belt exercises.Though AIGETOA was never in fray in Membership Verification, but all the while the campaign of the winners pre as well as post MV, is targeted on AIGETOA. This shows who has won in reality.
From their initial steps only, it is quite clear that now our fight is not only with management but the mighty association also. AIGETOA is never interested in immunity, we never indulge in membership poaching, we have always been keen to resolve the issues. We are ready to fight for the cause as we have done till date irrespective of the recognition or not. Those writing off the non-participating association for AIGETOA, should clarify themselves that this has not happened on the mercy of management or mighty association but on our choice for "Separate Recognition to BSNL Recruits". We have lived with our stand that there should be separate recognition for BSNL recruited executives and the mighty association has proved our stand correct with their intended actions on the burning issues pertaining to Direct Recruits. 75 percent of their website is covered by issues which are not at all relevant while one third of space finds some mention of the issues. The words like extension of Pay Parity, scrapping of MT RRs/DGM RRs, Holding of DPC, and Posting of LDCE passed candidates have ceased to exist on their website. This was the reason that we have advocated for separate recognition of BSNL recruits as we and only we can fight for our issues. We are already fighting in different court of law for separate recognition for BSNL recruited executives and we expect a judgement in our favour by next month. Further, for fighting on the issues, we don't need any recognition, any status. All we need the fighting spirit and the unqualified support of the executives.Therefore, any step to strengthen the mighty association on the cost of AIGETOA will be as good as setting your own house on fire.
As far as monthly deduction of subscription is concerned, it is very much available to all applicant associations as given in Rule-10 (Point-7) of BSNL Recognition Rule-2014 issues. AIGETOA was an applicant and had never withdrew its application.
Further, the legal battle is open for AIBSNLEA also against the Murder of Democracy in connivance with mighty association to fulfill the evil designs of blocking our Pay, Promotions & Pension. The justice will be delivered and very soon the scenario shall be different. Further, no management can ignore the voice of Majority and we form majority in most of the circles. So, the show will move as we will allow it to move and not on the whims & Fancy of the mighty association.
This was for the mighty association. Let them and their office bearers concentrate on membership drive because they have always been like that. AIGETOA has not forgotten its promise to take up the issues immediately once the MV is over considering the fast approaching time of 31-Dec. We can't be a mere spectator and allow management to play with the future of executives through the so called mighty association. We know how to fight for our right and we will fight with courage and determination. Friend's let us all remain prepared for another struggle if immediate resolution to the issues like pay loss & Standard Pay Scales E2-E3, 30% SAB, CPSU, Declaration of Posting Order for LDCE qualified candidates, DPC through seniority cum fitness, 1st Time bound upgradation in four years (When that demand was converted into 4-5 years instead of 4 years that only mighty association can tell us), resolution of Rule-8 cases, scrapping of MT RRs/DGM RRs is not seen. We request our members to not to fall prey to their propaganda's and gimmicks and give a befitting reply to such mischief mongers. Any undue activity should immediately be brought to the notice of Circle Leadership of Both AIGETOA as well as AIBSNLEA.
We strongly protest against the move of formation of Tower subsidiary company. In line with AIGETOA CHQ & part of JAC strike call , our association will be part on tomorrow's Strike against the management move on Tower subsidiary company.

On behalf of AIGETOA Kerala We're taking the privilege to thank all of you for supporting AIGETOA/AIBSNLEA United forum. We have done an excellent job. The efforts taken by CHQ, CEC Members, DSs,DPs and all Kerala AIGETOA core members were extra ordinary.
In all India level we won 18/31 circles and the technical margin is 1690 only. In Kerala, Thrissur SSA team deserves special appreciation. Altogether all 11 SSAs in Kerala kept our head high.
Now let's concentrate on our duties in BSNL and sametime strengthen AIGETOA Kerala. We are brave and young brigade, not to be afraid of anything else. Our efforts for having a strong platform for persuasion of each and every issue of DRs is succeeded.In Kerala, Circle level, we will make sure that no stone is aimed to BRs in any matter. We will move ahead with our own identity and we are the strongest support ally. CHQ is on its way to get separate recognition for BSNL DRs.
At the same time we have to build upon the areas where we were weak. Every shortfal will give us a lesson.We're sure that all our members and well wishers will extract energy and work together for a better tomorrow for BSNL and for our Brotherhood.
