Meeting of New JTO trainees at RTTC TVM by Team AIGETOA Kerala

Team AIGETOA comprising of Circle President Sh Muhammadali MC , Circle Secretary Sh Maxmilan K , Circle Fin Secretary Sh Pramodh K J , Vice presidents Sh Anil Kani and Prajeesh P , Asst Circle Secretaries Sh Abdul Basith PK , Sh Vipal Prem , Sh Dipu Chandran , Sh Cijo P Joseph , Sh Anoop Das , Sh Sambhu Chandran along with Chairman Sh Saheer S , Convenor Sh Ansal Mohammed CH addressed the new JTO trainees at RTTC Trivandrum Auditorium on 19.01.2023. The session was attended by over 80+ trainees.

A detailed interactive session with the trainees was also conducted which was well received by all participants. The team emphasised upon the efforts taken by AIGETOA on issues related to Pay, Pension and Promotions.

AIGETOA Kerala extends a warm welcome to all the JTO Trainees to Executive Fraternity and extends the good wishes for their glorious future ahead.

BSNL CO issues instructions for collection of Higher Pension Options for eligible EPF account holders

As per discussions of AIGETOA Team and BSNL representative with Central PF authorities and thereafter subsequent discussions with PGM (CA) BSNL CO with AIGETOA Team, the letter for collection of Options for Higher Pension EPF options has been issued today. The CHQ Team of AIGETOA as per the decision taken in the meeting, collected all the data of other PSUs and submitted those to the CAA section based on which the letter has been issued.

Issuance of directions to the circles with regard to collection of Joint Option Forms was most crucial keeping in view the limited window extended by Honble Supreme Court.

It will be worth to mention that Kerala AIGETOA Team was a party in the Court case at Honble Supreme Court after winning the case at Hon'ble Highcourt Ernakulam. The AIGETOA CHQ team has been consistently following up the matter with EPFO, arranged a tri party meeting with BSNL, EPFO and AIGETOA, did an interactive session on the matter for the knowledge of all the EPF Account holders so that they can take an informed decision.

Team AIGETOA is consistently monitoring the progress to ensure that all the willing persons submit their options well in time and the joint options gets processed at BSNL and submitted to EPFO well within the limited time window.

Submission on CPAN EMS Server Failure

AIGETOA Kerala taken up the failure CPAN EMS Server breakdown issue with CGMT Kerala and made detailed submission on hardships faced by field units due to Main & DR server failure. We have also took up the matter with AIGETOA CHQ.

Our Circle Secretary Shri. Maxmilan K met PGM NWO CM to appraise about current status of CPAN Network acess related issues and after detailed explanations on the gravity of the issue , PGM NWO assured to take all necessary steps for early resolution.

A Courtesy meeting was held by the New AIGETOA Circle Body with our Respected Chief General Manager Sri SunilKumar B, ITS at his Chamber on 23-12-2022

Circle President Sri Muhammadali MC, Circle Secretary Sri Maxmilan K ,Circle Finance Secretary Sri Pramodh K J , Asst Circle Secretary Sri Vipal Prem and Chairman Sri Saheer S attended the meeting.

The meeting was very much Cordial and AIGETOA Team assured it's whole hearted support and participation in the endeavour of taking BSNL Kerala Circle to new Heights under the leadership of our new CGM. Brief discussions and discourse of issues related to irregularities in the formation of Sports Council at BA and Circle level was discussed, various matters of fields regarding fibre requirements for Road Expansion works at different BAs and alternative arrangements were also discussed.

The Circle Office Bearers also met GM HR Sri Sathesh R and Circle IFA Smt Rethi Rani and introduced the New Team.

Kochi: The 6th Circle Conference of BSNL Executive's Recognised Majority Association - All India Graduate Engineers and Telecom Officers Association, Kerala Circle Unit was inaugurated by Kerala Circle Chief General Manager Shri.B.Sunil Kumar at P.G.S Vedanta Ernakulam on 17th Dec'2022. The program commenced with the Official Flag Hoisting by AIGETOA Circle President  Shri Muhammadali. The function was presided over by Sri. Muhammad Ali M C, CIrcle President ,  The theme of Open session was - " Role of Management and Employees in BSNL 2.0".

Shri S.Saheer Circle Secretary AIGETOA Kerala delivered the Insights on the Open Session Topic . Elaborate Speeches/ Deliberations was made highlighting the Opportunities and Challenges that are to be handled by employees in the new phase of BSNL which is on  a Revival spree. Howal ITS (General Manager Kottayam), Mr. Rajeev SK (General Manager, Kannur), Mr. Colin Lawrence (General Manager, Malappuram), Mr. Veerabhadra Rao (All India President  AIGETOA CHQ), Shri Ravisheel Verma, (All India Chairman AIGETOA CHQ) , Shri P.N Sharma (All India Convener AIGETOA CHQ),Shri S.Suresh, (Joint Secretary South, AIGETOA CHQ) , Shri Senthil Kumar, Chairman AIGETOA Tamil Nadu, Shri S.Rajaneesh, Circle Secretary, SEWA Kerala Unit. The meeting was attended by Collegium Members, Office bearers, and other delegates of  AIGETOA Kerala.

During the Circle Conference Event, AIGETOA Kerala Diary and Calender 2023 was formally published by Shri B. Sunilkumar ITS (Chief General Manager, BSNL Kerala).

In Afternoon session  Shri S.Saheer Circle Secretary AIGETOA Kerala presented the Working Report and Shri Maxmillan K Circle Finance Secretary AIGETOA Kerala presented the Financial Report and the house unanimously accepted the reports . Subsequently the existing Circle body was dissolved by Circle president Shri Muhammadali and the house was handed over to Returning Officer Shri Jose Paul and Asst Returning Officer Shri Bijeesh KP , CHQ Observer was Shri S.Suresh, (Joint Secretary South, AIGETOA CHQ).

The house unanimously selected the follwing as Circle Office beaers of Aigetoa Kerala for the term 2022-2025.

The new body took oath from Returning Officer Shri Jose Paul.

The vote of thanks of the event was delivered by New CFS Sri. Pramodh K J , And the Circle conference was concluded by around 6.30 pm.

EPF Joint Form Submission for Enhanced Pension

AIGETOA Circle team have took a legal opinion on the matter of EPF Full Pension option submission. As per Hon SC Judgement dated 4-11-2022, it was directed to EPFO to give the option forms for those who are desirous to give the enhanced pension option based on actual Basic+DA ( pensionable salary ). As the option forms are not shared so far, it will be always better to give an option in this regard at the earliest certified by employee and employer ( BSNL ) and submit to respective RPFO ( For BSNL Kerala Circle it's RPFO is Trivandrum) through BA Establishment section. A sample form is shared here with. We have already appraised the same matter to GM (HR/Admin) and the internal communication in this regard already been sent to BAs. Those who are interested in submission of the forms may do accordingly.

On 30-11-2022, the team comprising of Circle President, Sri Mohammed Ali, Circle Secretary, Sri Saheer, Circle Vice President, Sri Vipal Prem, supported by AIGETOA CO BA team &  TVM BA team, welcomed Sri B Sunil Kumar, ITS, the new CGM BSNL Kerala  with flower bouquet and honoured the Sri C V Vinod, ITS,  CGM Tamilnadu  with memento .

At the outset, Sri C V Vinod, ITS our outgoing CGM, expressed his satisfaction in working with the Team AIGETOA Kerala. He thanked AIGETOA Kerala Team for constantly encouraging the workforce in general and our association members in particular. He also conveyed his best wishes to entire BSNL fraternity in Kerala. We in return replied that our ex-CGM have guided, motivated and supported us by understanding the matters to the root. We thanked him for his great leadership and conveyed our heartiest wishes and prayers to him and his family.  We also mentioned that we considered ourselves privileged and lucky to work under his team and always felt comfortable on each and every matter dealt with.

It is matter of fact that CGMT Vinod Sir had set new standard on role handling and management. We also witnessed a true human being in him who is considerate about fellow colleagues while giving equal importance to our beloved organization. He always strived hard to find solutions for each and every matter in an amicable manner with a personal touch which was incredible.

We also look forward to having a constructive leadership with BSNL Administration at Circle level under the leadership of new CGM Sri B Sunil Kumar, ITS. He is a well known technocrat and we are sure that his technical abilities clubbed with managerial skills will bring new laurels to BSNL Kerala. A Successful organisation needs a satisfied workforce and we are also confident that an empathetic personality like our new CGM will have this larger picture in mind while discharging his duties. AIGETOA Kerala wished him success in his endeavours and extended our whole hearted corporation in matters concerning the welfare of employees and our beloved organisation.

Interactive Awareness Session on EPF Matters

The Interactive Awareness Session organised by AIGETOA in liaison with EPFO Trivandrum held at Conference Hall, O/o CGMT BSNL Kerala on 25/11/2022. The session was handled by Smt. Nisha S , Enforcement officer & Sri. Tojan Enforcement officer from Regional PF Office Trivandrum. The session which started at 3 PM held at Conference Hall had participation of more than 100 participants directly, 97 employees online and more than 250 through YouTube live streaming. The officers from EPFO explained various schemes under EPF/EPS schemes. Employees from all over India participated in the discussion and most of the queries got cleared. The session was addressed by AIGETOA CIrcle Secretary Sri. Saheer S and Circle President Sri.Muhammadali MC. EPFO authorities also stressed on the importance of E-nomination by all members. The meeting lasted for more than two hours and ended with a vote of thanks at 5:15 PM.
We thank our CGMT & GM HR /Admin who are kind enough to allot the conference hall for the program.
