AIGETOA Circle team comprising CS Sri. K Maxmilan, ACS Sri. Abdul Basith and ACS Vipal Prem met Sr. GM HR/Admin on 05/04/2023 and had discussion on various matters.

Intra Circle Rotational Transfer

We have apprised the doubts prevailing in excutive community who are already coming in the 14 yrs and above bracket. It is Informed that Kerala Circle will publish deficit BAs list after the Inter Circle and OTP request Transfer including the pending requests. It is assured to AIGETOA that the transfers will be limited to operational need basis Only .If needed fresh options also will called for deficit BAs and in any case long stay policy will not be violated, which means the person from excess BA who is in long stay will be considered for transfer even options are not given. It is also informed that final long stay list of other streams also will be published.

EPF Matters

Our team expressed the concern over the stalemate in EPF matter from Management side. Even though team AIGETOA is at legal front to seek remedy, we requested circle management also to do the needful in early solution. Sr. GM HR assured that the matter will be discussed again with finance wing and then will appraise CGMT for facilitating some early measures
