Recent TBP stalemate and Information from Circle Office administration

Aigetoa team met Circle administration regarding the rejection of SSA reports for considering in TBP. It was informed that some SSAs are yet to give the correct format report as per the latest guidelines.

Report should be in the below format specifically with some conditions

Like

1. All columns should be complete & filled. Some SSA left last three unfilled and indicated in covering letter only

2. It is technically possible to have a maximum of 4 and min 1 APAR for a year

3. If more than 1 are there for a period, say 12-13, of duration 3 months 10 days & 8 months and 20 days. The Apar score ( good, very good, outstanding) should be indicated with the period corrected to two decimal places. In first period above it will be Outstanding (or 8.2) for 3.33 months, and second period will be outstanding (or 8.34) for 8.67 months.

This has to be filled imperatively, without which the DPC may not consider the cases, as per Corporate office guidelines

The initial 118 cases got solved, the rest are pending. SSAs like Kozhikkode, Kottayam & Pathanamthitta seems in correct format and yet to be given to DPC team for TBP clearance. Rest All DS/DPs are requested to contact SSA administration and get the clearance of revised file asap

Any details if needed can be obtained from SDE HR3 or pls send specific queries that needs attention to CS/CP.
