Joint Representation to CGMT Kerala on Transmission Tender and Advisory on Splicing Work
AIGETOA and SNEA Kerala have jointly submitted a representation to the CGMT Kerala seeking an immediate review of the revised OFC transmission tender conditions
In the letter, we have raised the following serious concerns regarding
Dilution of vendor penalty clauses
Shifting of Right of Way (ROW) responsibilities to BSNL staff
Absence of Fault Restoration Time (FRT) provisions
Acute shortage of manpower in field units
We have strongly demanded the restoration of accountability clauses and the suspension of splicing responsibilities being assigned to BA Network teams until adequate technical and manpower support is ensured
