District Conference cum Annual General Meeting of AIGETOA Alleppey , Kollam and Pathanamthitta

The District Conference cum Annual General Meeting of AIGETOA Alleppey , Kollam and Pathanamthitta was held on 16 , 17 and 18th September 2025, at the Conference Hall Telephone Bhavan Alleppey , Conference Hall GM office BSNL Kollam and YMCA Hall Tiruvalla respectively. The events were well organized with a delightful buffet lunch, served to all dignitaries and members.

Alleppey and Pathanamthita Conference was inaugurated by Circle Secretary Sri Maxmilan K , Kollam Conference was inagrauated by GM Kollam Sri Gajendra Singh ITS , followed by detailed and in-depth speeches by Circle President Sri Muhammadali MC followed by other Office bearers 

District Conference Organizational Proceedings:

The second part of the conference began with the presentation of the District Secretary’s Report of the these Districts Sri Sunil Kumar S , Sri Rahul Ramachandran and Sri Manoj T respectively, followed by the Finance Report by Sri Ratheesh Ponappan , Sri Asok Senan and Sri. Dileepan PY respectively. Both reports were unanimously accepted by the district collegiums. The district governing body for the term 2022-2025 of all three districts were subsequently dissolved by the District Presidents.

Election of New District Governing Body: AIGETOA Alleppey

The election proceedings for the new district governing body were conducted by the Returning Officer, Sri Jayaprakash OS , Circle Observer, Sri. Binoj C B was also present to oversee the election process. The nominations were read out to the General Body . After detailed deliberations and discussions, the following executives were unanimously elected for the term 2025-2028:

District Finance Denni S

Assistant District Secretary (Three positions) Amrit Aravind , Karri Demudu Babu , Sameera Mohamood

Election of New District Governing Body: AIGETOA Kollam

The election proceedings for the new district governing body were conducted by the Returning Officer, Sri Diji Latheef , Circle Observer, Sri. Anoop Das was also present to oversee the election process. The nominations were read out to the General Body . After detailed deliberations and discussions, the following executives were unanimously elected for the term 2025-2028:

The election proceedings for the new district governing body were conducted by the Returning Officer, Sri Sam T Gregory , Circle Observer, Sri. Sambhu Chandran was also present to oversee the election process. The nominations were read out to the General Body . After detailed deliberations and discussions, the following executives were unanimously elected for the term 2025-2028:

Assistant District Secretary (Three positions) Dileepan PY , Rins K , Shiji Chandran

The function concluded with the Oath-taking ceremony by the newly elected office bearers, followed by the formal handing over of minutes, financial statements, and account-related documents. 

Discussion was held with members on various matters related to BSNL , EPF , Operational issues like FTTH , Marketing , Second Saturday working etc were queried from members and reply was given by the CEC Members. The  District Conference cum Annual General Meeting of AIGETOA Alleppey , Kollam and Pathanamthitta was a momentous occasion that highlighted the strength and unity of the association, ensuring a bright future for BSNL and its employees.
