2. Inaction on Lady Executive harassment matter

3. Incompetence to curtail the Special CL Scam

4. Non working of Circle staff Welfare board & Contributory welfare board

5. Failure of addressing 4G rollout issues 

6. Biased attitude of Circle HR Section

7. Delay in proper follow up on EPF HPS cases

8. Any other matters with permission of chair
