AIGETOA team met PGMT Ernakulam and submitted early resolution of pending transfer requests from Idukki ( SSA) tenure area to Ernakulam, inline with our earlier meetings and discussions. The recent clarification from corporate office wrt consideration of transfer requests with own cost and Rural/Urban, cleared the confusion whatsoever available. In this scenario we requested with administration to have a favourable consideration on executives who already completed the stipulated 2 year as the case may be. Infact there are executives who have completed even three years of service at Idukki.

The order from Hon HC Ernakulum and subsequent dismissal of SLP filed by EPFO at Hon SC, now opened a path to claim Full Pension option as required by the members. This association had been continuously following the progress of the same almost from the starting point.
Kerala Team were directly party to the case through Individual applicants. The dismissal of EPFO SLP from Hon SC now should pave way for generalization of the direction and this association is committed to pursue our level best to ensure this through, CPFC, New Delhi. In case the same is not generalized, then we are bound to follow the legal suit as deemed fit.
In the Meantime, members who are willing to shift to higher pension option should give their representations to their respective DDOs and ensure that the same is forwarded to concerned EPFO. The implementation of the order at various establishments and for individuals who were already party for the HC/SC legal suits also supposed to makes an easy walk to get the full pension option implementation as a whole. This association is actively looking for this option also to ensure the option a reality. Circle Secretaries should ensure that the representations of members are suitably processed.

AIGETOA Kerala Proudly inform BSNL Recruits that Hon’ble High Court of Kerala allowed all the 3 writ petitions filed and led by AIGETOA team for exercising options for higher pension contribution without a cutoff date.
The long battle was possible only due to the strong support and guidance from AIGETOA CHQ and especially from our GS Sri. Ravisheel Verma. We express our sincere gratitude to our CGMT, GM HR& Admin, PGM ( F) who supported our endaveours to get back the justified pending EPF pension. We express our wishes and acknowledge the support by the BSNL recruits from Kerala irrespective of association affiliation and caders.

The employees shall be entitled to exercise the option stipulated by Paragraph 26 of the EPF scheme without being restricted in doing so by the insistence on a date.
Pensionable salary also reinstated to 12 month average salary.. from 60 month average salary.. that will be huge difference to BR pension..
Thereafter, one SLP filed by EPFO in Hon'ble Supreme Court has also been dismissed today.
Friends, AIGETOA and it's office bearers have been working for the cause of BSNL Recruits selflessly without bothering for the repercussions. AIGETOA is fully committed to save the rights of BSNL Recruits despite of consistent mud slinging against the association by the beneficiaries itself. Remember Friends, this is the same case in which our association and office bearers were accused by the so called recognised association that huge collections are going on by AIGETOA in the name of legal fund. This becomes further sad to us by seeing the fact that BSNL Recruits belonging to other Associations were more vociferous lot than our seniors. In fact seniors have appreciated our efforts by crossing the boundaries of association.
Friends, this is high time to think, ponder and discuss upon each other to get united under the umbrella of AIGETOA by shedding the egos, some small time benefits and lure of transfer postings.
We hope our honest efforts will be appreciated by one and all BRs across the BSNL. All the three cases led and filed by AIGETOA team won at Hon HC, Kerala. Entire relief sought wrt Full pension option and change of average period was allowed. As assured we will be taking further efforts to generalise the benefits to all the BSNL recruits who wish to receive the Full Pension option accordingly.
Long Live BSNL
Long Live Unity
Long Live AIGETOA.
The review petitions filed by BSNL management, SNEA activists and AIBSNLEA were listed for hearing on 25/3/2019. It can be inferred from the arguments submitted by these corners (which were not seen when the absorbees awarded with backdated seniority promotions without adhering to Hon Court directions) that, these were made just to delay the promotions of BSNL recruits in SCF Quota.
It is learnt that even though the counter submissions are also done from BSNL recruits and case were listed, the hearing was not happened on the particular bench due to some emergency leave from the Hon Bench.
Entire matter was posted on to 27th May 2019.
We are closely observing the developments and pursuing the matter on it's way. Meantime, it was also learnt that huge expenditure are being spent from BSNL for TA/DA of officers from Corporate office and legal expenditure towards counsels from New Delhi, in this financial constrained situation in the company. Instead of resolving the matter by promoting and filling up of left out vacancies, management and the recognised ones are insisting on keeping the things pending till finalisation of review petition. However, unlike others, AIGETOA is not going to remain a mute spectator and commentator for reporting the proceedings. Shortly, we are coming with our firm course of action to ensure promotions as early as possible. We are determined to beat the sinister design of the preachers and ensure promotions from JTO to SDE very soon.
The entire episode is open with BRs to use own wisdom to identify the background game.
AIGETOA CHQ team today met GM Recruitment and GM SR and discussed on the discrepancies observed and various things which have been done by Recruitment Section in violation of the set rules and current procedures with regard to the current MT Recruitment. AIGETOA apprised the GM Recruitment of prevailing unrest in the minds of executives due to the preferential treatment given to some and leaving others which has put a huge question mark on the whole examination process. Time and again we have highlighted that this recruitment's is having motives other than recruiting middle level management. As per our assessment many candidates who have registered and could not pay fee due to various reasons have been denied their due rights by accepting the fees from some candidates beyond the last date. More over circulation of candidates list in social media with their Emails, mobile numbers, examination centres, registration numbers etc also requires enquiry from independent agencies. Various agencies contacting the candidates for coaching and question bank, many questions of mock test papers circulated by these agencies were found in exact replica in the main question paper emboldens our belief that some wrongful act is being executed and it appears that Recruitment Cell must have been involved in all such lapses which are surely done with wrongful intent. We are quite aware that the candidates who registered but could not pay fee are going to represent in large numbers. And such type of activities without any set rules and activities will definitely lead many to CVC and other agencies.
AIGETOA once again assures it's rank and file that our pursuit for promotions and enquiry against the lapses in ongoing MT exam will be on till we achieve justice.
