Generation of long stay list of executives for intercircle transfer

Our Circle team met GM HR/Admin , O/o CGMT today and requested that measures may be done for correct preparation of long stay list by calculation of non-territorial circle stay in Kerala Circle and with regard to various guidelines in this regard. We have also requested for early circulation the long stay list in each cader, so that transparency / verification can be ensured and correction if any can be done which might have occurred due to ERP non updation.

GM assured us that early circulation of the lists will be done. Meantime all our members are requested to verify their career history and present grade in ESS and inform mistakes if any to DS/DPs or Circle team.
