AIGETOA team comprising of AGS-1 Shri D K Sahoo, AGS-5 Shri Yogendra Kumar, AGS-6 Shri Sunil Gautam and OS CHQ Shri Vivek Singh met DIR HR, PGM Pers GM SR and GM Recruitment, GM Establishment on 06/03/2020 and discussed about progress of all the pending HR issues as per commitment given in meeting of AIGETOA with Director HR held on 24 and 25th February.
JTO to SDE LDCE notification: Discussion held with DIR HR regarding delay in issuance of LCDE notification, which was agreed in the last meeting. DIR HR informed, he has already discussed with GM recruitment, and instruction has already been issued for the issuance of LDCE notification at the earliest. Some groups are trying their level best to derail the process.
SDE Reversion case: Discussion held with DIR HR, and he informed, committee has been constituted for completing the formalities to settle the case as discussed earlier with AIGETOA team.
JTO to SDE DPC: Details discussion held with PGM (Pers). HR unit is already working as per earlier discussion held with AIGETOA Team and trying their best to remove the stalemate for the conduction of JTO to SDE DPC.
Preparation of List 9: Instruction already sent to concerned section as suggested by AIGETOA for doing the formalities to prepare the list. Same will be processed immediately from next week.
Opening of Membership Window: Matter discussed in detail with GM (SR). Case is under consideration, but so far no initiation has been started by His unit. AIGETOA team requested GM SR to process the case immediately as discussed. GM SR also assured for the same.
Rule-8 issue: Rule 8 issue was discussed with the concerned authorities & AIGETOA Team requested to issue a direction immediately to field units to consider the Rule-8 cases as discussed earlier. It was assured that the matter will be discussed with CMD BSNL along with all the details of circle wise staff strength in post VRS scenario and to take necessary action thereafter.
Friends, we are constantly following up all the pending HR issues with concerned authorities for early resolution as we can't wait and pursue endlessly. Now the VRS activities have almost completed and we request the HR Team to do justice with the BSNL Recruits. We have came to know that the so called messiah association has again came into proactive mode to detail the positive initiatives. We request them to let the HR Team to work towards various promotion issue and do not derail it for better unison among all. We hope for better sense to prevail.
