CGMT clarified that the situation will be improved on implementation of funding for revival and associated VRS package. Since the funds are allotted on specific head, it is difficult to change the fund releasing to another head. Still he was receptive on the points raised and assured that the better possible things will be taken, on the concerns raised. The payment for LCOs will be there soon and he categorically pointed on the huge liability incurring on medical reimbursements of retired employees. Regarding CGNAT it was intimated that no plans are made from circle and where as MSAN is concerned the lowest minimum requirement is projected from Kerala.

We had made detailed submission in the same regard on 01/08/2019. The approval sought from ernakulam SSA is given and we expect the positive outcome in this regard.
In lieu to our request for transfer execution for the executives who have completed 2 years service from different BAs, it was assured that the requests are under process and the orders will be issued soon. The cases of DR JTOs who were posted earlier due to rule-8 postings & LICE JTOs who were posted on promotion , will be considered. The list of inter BA transfer requests also will be published by circle office.
We made submission on compassionate consideration for temporary transfer cases of mainly GATE recruited JTOs to other states (Ref ltr dated 05/02/19). Our association was pursuing the matter case by case and it was assured to us that, the cases will be examined and maximum help will be extend with.
The request for date regularisation of LDCE passed executives and APAR issues mentioned in the meeting. CGMT expressed that both matter can't be made effective as far as circle office is concerned, as the first one require a direction from corporate office and the second is related with SSAs perogative which need to be appraised through the appeal mechanism. These matter we will take up with appropriate level as suggested by respected CGMT.
The entire meeting lasted around 1&1/2 hours and the positive approach of association was acknowledged by CGMT and GM(Admin). We are thankful to the top administration who spent time to hear the apprehensions and suggestions raised for BSNL recruited executives and hopeful for a positive outcome.
