CS Sri.Maxmilan K & Chairman Sri.Saheer S met with Sr.GM HR/Admin and had discussed the following points

1. Rule 8 Transfers

As the the Rule-8 cases medical cases pending are already sent to BAs for cross verification ( arose due to some complaint) , We requested for processing of orders either on getting a confirmation reply / NO reply received within a week . This case are already delayed in lieu to the earlier assurance by administration in July -2023 and the early relief to these JTOs need to be done.

We have also asked for start processing of next set Rule-8 cases, so that as agreed earlier the concurrence from other circles can be done by the association for further clearance.

2. Request Transfers

The Inter BA OTP request transfers list will be published soon and the orders will be issued by next month.

We have also raised the cases of some executives whose cases need to be considered on various grounds and positive assurance are received.

3. Shift of Holiday for Milad-Un-Nabi

On clarification on the same , it is informed that the orders will be issued for shifting of holiday to 28/09/2023 as per CGEWCC Kerala order.
