AIGETOA Presentation to High Level Committee regarding Pay scale, Pay- Parity and Superannuation issue

On 27th Feb 2014, GS Shri Ravi Shil Verma along with President Shri R P Shahu, AGS Shri Amit Roy and VP Shri Mantosh Kumar met the members of the HLC for presenting the AIGETOAs submissions in regard to the Pay scale, Pay- Parity and Superannuation issue for the direct recruits. The meeting lasted for more than two hours where the association side elaborated on the detailed reasoning behind our submissions. The committee members were very receptive to the submissions and went through the presentation very patiently. The meeting was held in a very cordial environment and in a very interactive way.
