Meeting with GM(HR /Admin) , Kerala Circle

Our CS Sri.Saheer S ,ACS Sri. Prasadraj and Aravind DFS met GM(HR/Admin) today with regard to SDE reversion matter and relieving of one executive from Trichur BA.

We have once again detailed the reversion matter with administration and mentions the lacunae happened from concerned legal section. As some corners who smile from front are trying negatively in the background. We requested that the statu-quo order from Hon CAT, Ernakulam may be implemented towards executive friendly side and requested management's support to tide over the difficult situation faced by our fellow colleague. Click here for the letter submitted . The strong follow up of AIGETOA CHQ made corporate office to constitute a committee for SCN cases. Since reversion matter includes some legal formalities, we requested administration to clear the same so as to render justice for affected executives from Kerala also.

With regard to relieving of an SDE who is our member, we categorically pointed to GM, that the biased attitude from SSA administration can't be accepted. Click here for the letter. GM assured that positive action will be there in this regard at the earliest.
