1. Virtually no rent
2. Flexibility to consume fixed monthly charge amount either using broadband or voice calls or in combination
3. On-net free calls
4. Voice charges as low as Rs. 0.20/min, broadband usage charges as low as 8 paisa per MB
5. Fixed ceiling amount reimbursed for Govt employees; no separate ceiling for landline/broadband
